| Residents of Channi Himmat facing problem of poor service of BSNL Broadband | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 18: The residents of Channi Himmat have been facing inconvenience due to poor service of BSNL Broadband in the area.
They alleged that they have been getting disturbance in their landline connections during call. "We lodged complaint with the concerned department for its redressal but nothing has happened. The main problem is being faced due to faulty cables laid down in the area which is giving low performance of broadband," they said further adding that moreover from time to time they have conveyed the issue to the SDO Channi Himmat under whose jurisdiction my connection falls. But surprisingly the issue has not been resolved till date. The apathy of the officials of BSNL has been forcing people to shift /switch over other service providers. |
