ABS raises concern about public services | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 21: Aadarsh Bhartiya Samaj a Social Volunteer Organisation working to promote education, environment, health and nationhood among the general masses and students community in particular under the guidance of Col (Retd) R K Sharma-Chairman and S Daljeet Singh-President raised concerns of public service. They stated as society is facing scarcity of drinking water, dilapidated condition of the roads in and around, worst condition of the sewerage / drainage system in the locality invites breeding of mosquitoes resulting dengue / viral diseases a great threat to the lives, shortage of electricity / frequent cuts hampered the study of students / works through electricity, problem of solid wastes became the obstacle in cleanliness and beautification of the area. No provision for cleanliness and dustbins from JMC being a part of ward 73. ABS reiterated to draw the attention of concerned department and requested Satya Pal Malik, Governor to pass the suitable directions to the concerned to resolve the issues immediately before the condition worsens. |
