MahilaEarly Times Report

Jammu, Sept 21: Expressing concern over mounting day to day problems of the people, EX-MLA and president of Pradesh Mahila Congress Indu Pawar in a meeting said that BJP has betrayed people of Jammu region.
In a statement issued here today, Pawar pointed out there was total chaos and confusion among people as BJP leadership has failed to remove peoples' apprehensions. "On the one hand there is complete uncertainty in the State, while on the other hand people are confronting with failure of the administration to solve day today problems", she said and pointed that most parts of the city were facing scarcity of potable water & power even in the month of September.
"It is very unfortunate that BJP leadership in J&K is indulged into cheap politics by raking up emotive issues to divert peoples' attention from mounting civic problems. Instead of solving problems of people at large the Govt. has either detained or put senior leaders like G.A Mir Sahab, Raman Bhalla & so many others under house arrest.
She blamed BJP of betraying the people of Jammu on the issue of statehood and misleading the people on various emotive issues.
She further said that BJP Govt. has betrayed people of Jammu by reducing status of a state to union territory & Govt. is also not coming clear on many issues.
Other who spoke on the occasion are Maya, Neetu, Anusuyia, Aseema, Sunita & others.
