Jammu, Sept 21: Five day Patrol Leaders camp was organized at State Headquarters, Gandhi Nagar Jammu with effect from 16th September 2019 to 20th |September, 2019. In this camp 58 Patrol Leaders of 11 Schools actively participated and achieved the well-envisaged objectives and targets.
The camp was inaugurated by Worthy M.M. Joshi, S.P.R Commissioner-a Scouter with practical vision and wisdom, knowledge and imagination, intelligence and creativity and above all a celebrity having courage of conviction.
Highly experienced, qualified and dedicated trainers including-Jenab Sheikh Yasin L.T, L.O.C (S) and Usha Chuni L.O.C(G), |Shri M.M Sharma, Pre A.L.T, R.P Kotwal, L.T, S Harcharan Singh-Pre A.L.T and Manjit Kour, H.W.B, Harvinder Kour, H.W.B imparted the requisite training with all sincerity and devotion.
Sakina Bano(Trained Commissioner and Advisor) was Guest of Honour. She and I.D Soni, S.C(S) also spoke on the occasion and highlighted the values of the Patrol system.
They stressed that the best progress is made in those troops where power and responsibility are really put into the hands of the Patrol Leaders. This is a Secret of success in Scout Training.
Sheikh Yasin (L.T)(S) welcomed the Guests and intimated the need of holding such camps for Scouts and Guides. |
