Justice Magray visits Juvenile Observation Home

SRINAGAR, Sept 21: Chairman Jammu & Kashmir High Court Legal Services Committee Justice Ali Mohammad Magray today visited Juvenile Observation Home (JOH), here at Harwan.
Secretary High Court Legal Services Committee Abdul Nasir, Principal Magistrate Srinagar Khemraj Sharma, Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Dr Shahid Iqbal, Director General Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS) Mir Tariq, Director General Libraries G.A. Sofi, Additional Deputy Commissioner Srinagar K.K. Sidha and other concerned officers accompanied the visiting dignitary.
Juveniles were examined by a team of Doctors from SKIMS Bemina comprising Dr Numan, Dr Sadia Aijaz and Dr Sara Khalid.
Justice Magray stressed on concerned officers to ensure proper legal aid to the Juveniles for conducting their matters which are pending in the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB).
Secretary High Court Legal Services Committee Abdul Nasir was also issued instructions for proper legal aid to all Juveniles and expedited their cases at an earliest.
Meanwhile, Justice Magray distributed blankets, Stationary, Sports Kits, LED TVs Kitchenwares, bedding, sanitary and other necessary items to Juveniles.
