9/22/2019 9:45:21 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 22: Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) has claimed that the abrogation of Article 370 and Article 35-A would open new vistas of development for the state.
State Executive Member Raman Suri said, the first ever Jammu Film Festival scheduled for September 26 and 27, 2019 in City of Temples is an indication that post abrogation of Article 370 and 35-A, film industry is going to make its presence felt quite impressively.
Raman Suri was speaking in a meeting organised by NGO VOMEDH to finalise modalities of Jammu film festival. He said that Jammu is going to create as well as witness history when this festival wherein 47 shortlisted films from around the globe will be screened and red carpets will be rolled out for artists and awards will be conferred upon them during the Jammu Film Festival.
He hoped that this Jammu Film Festival (JFF) will open new vistas for industry to shoot their films in most serene location in the UT.
