Talent Hunt programme 'Choona-Hai-Aasman' held

RAMBAN, Sept 22: District Police Ramban organised a district level Talent Hunt programme in singing "Choona Hai Aasman" as a part of Civic Action Programme 2019 at District Police Line, here. The programme was organised under the guidance of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Ramban, Anita Sharma who chaired the programme while Deputy Superintendent of Police (DYSP) Asgar Malik, Station House Officer, Ramban Vijay Kotwal and local prominent citizens besides large number of gathering were present on the occasion. As many as 70 contestants from Ramban district competed in the singing competition in various languages under three different age categories. The performances were adjudged by the Renowned Singer Ronak Singh and Nirvana Academy Chief Organisor Ramban Tahir Mushtaq. Balwant Raj, Jyoti Devi, Neha Devi stood first, second and third respectively in age group of 5 to 12 years category whereas Divya Bharti, Diksha Bhagat, Neha Rakwal ranked first, second and third respectively in age group of 13 to 18 years competition while Abid-Ur-Rehman Wani and Sahil-Ul-Aslam stood first and second respectively in age group of 19 to 25 years. The chief guest along with other dignitaries distributed prizes among the winners and participants.
