Jammu, Oct 9: Renowned multitalented artists ML Dogra was honored by the Department of Regional Outreach Bureau , Ministry of Information and Broadcasting , Govt. of India for presented excellent six performances of "MAA SHERENWALI" complete story of Maa Vaishno Devi at katra which was written, produced and directed by him. The occasion was the National nine days Navratra Festival - 2019, Katra. Dogra has also been felicitated to culturally sensitize the people of India with cultural Bonanza, award, Govt. of India, life time Award, Nami dogri Sanstha- Best Musical Play "Doli" Award by Song and drama Division, Ministry of Information and broadcasting and ministry of health, Govt. of India. Dogra has many distinctions to his credit while served as Regional Director, S&DD in the many states like Assam, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Utrakhand and including in Jammu and Kashmir for 41 years of services. After Retirement from Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Dogra established Institute of Music and Computer (free education) during the year 2009 and every year more than 100 students qualifying graduation in music and Diploma in computer education under the Raksharta Sakshrita Abhiyan Scheme, and world renowned University Bhatkhande-Lucknow Government of India. |
