Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 15: Ahead of BDC elections, president Block Congress Committee Bhaderwah Ashok Kumar Sharma, who is also Sarpanch from Dradu Panchayat and close aide of former Chief Minister Gulam Nabi Azad resigned from the primary membership of the party. Ashok Kumar Sharma said, "The Indian National Congress is going through an existential crisis in Bhaderwah constituency , not because of its political opponents, but because of serious internal contradictions as some leaders are working for their own interest and there is tug of war within party and groupism is on rise", he said. Although he did not reveal his future course of action, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) insiders said he is likely to join BJP. |
