Shiv Sena demands special package for industry

Jammu, Oct 15: Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray leaders have demanded a special package from Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, to save Jammu and Kashmir industry from the financial crisis. While addressing the media persons by Shiv Sena state head Manish Sahni highlighted the problems of industrialists, Sahni said that due to the slowdown and the delay in normalizing the situation in Kashmir after revoked the Section 370, Jammu and Kashmir industry has almost come to a standstill. Not only this Units are suffering heavy Financial losses due to stoppage of supply of goods to Kashmir Valley since last 70 days with a request to waive off the electricity bills for three months, interest on bank loans for working capital and Term Loans with the rescheduling of Term Loan Payment , continuation of the special package being given to the industry for the next 15 years in UT Status and also exemption on income tax for next two years as Incentives to bring Jammu and Kashmir on the track of development. Sahni further said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will have to accept the said demands for Industrial Sector keeping in mind that as the Industry is the backbone of the State Economy by providing Jobs to the Local Peoples parallels to Govt. Employees.
