Jammu, Oct 16: Continuing his commitment to provide better basic as well as development facilities to the people of Jammu City. Chander Mohan Gupta, Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation today toured in the areas of Camp Road, Jain Colony, Talab Tillo etc. of Ward No.32 and listened to the grievances of inhabitants of the said ward, which includes deployment of more SKC's, lifting of stray dogs/animals, construction/renovation of lanes & drains, installation/rectification of street lights disilting of deep drains/nallahas etc. Mayor also inaugurated the start of black topping works of inner roads & lanes at Ahinshah Vihar Gole near Jain Colony Talab Tillo which will cost Rupees 10.00 lacs Approx. and which was the long pending demands of the inhabitants of that area Sat Pal Karlupia Councillor of Ward No.32, Surinder Kanyia, Gyat Jain.
He also assured the residents that all their demands will be fulfilled on war footing & appeal the general public not to throw garbage, silt, polythene etc. in the public drain/ lanes and avoid using polythenes as well as Single used Plastic in their routine life & Co-operate with the Jammu Municipal Corporation to make Jammu city neat, clean & green. |
