BYS conducts free Yog Shikshak Nirmaan Shivir

Jammu, Oct 16: Bhartiya Yog Sansthan in its endeavour to spread awareness of Yoga in the state of Jammu & Kashmir is conducting 10 days Yog Shikshak Nirmaan Shivir at Gole Gujral Ashram. Education department has deputed 48 Physical Education Lecturers, Masters and teachers of Zone Sunderbani and Lower Hathla of Rajouri District to learn Yoga from trained teachers and senior members of Bhartiya Yog Sansthan. The Shivir was inaugurated by Madan Lal, Jt. Director Youth Welfare and Sports department, in the presence of Satyapal (President), Jia Lal Sharma (Secretary) and other senior Adhikaris of Bhartiya Yog Sansthan at Gol Gujral Ashram, Jammu. The programme started on 14 th Oct and shall conclude on 24th Oct 2019. The training starts from 5.30 in morning with yoga practice and lectures from Senior Adhikaries from Ashram till 6.30 PM on daily basis. Boarding & Lodging is being provided by the Ashram free of cost. It is pertinent to state that Bhartiya Yog Sansthan conducted a similar programme last month for ten days for employees of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board which concluded with the celebration of Yog Divas on 2nd Oct. 2019.
