Both Boys and Girls group of the age U/17, U/19 and above 19 yrs age group. The tournament held under the Chairmanship of Om Prakash Bhagat development Commissioner Kathua along with Sunil Kumar DYSSO Kathua, Shobha Biloria Nodal officer Khelo India and all physical Education Staff at Venue Sports Stadium Kathua, Police Line Kathua, Boys Hr.Sec School Kathua and Women Degree College Kathua.
