Jammu, Oct 17: Enforcement Wing of Jammu Municipal Corporation sealed the pre-fabricated structure being used as cement store for stocking and trading of Cement constructed by Harnam Singh Manhas at Sec: A Extension Opp Kissan Mill, National Highway, Sainik Colony, Jammu under section 8 (1) of J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988 as the said structures raised without the permission of Jammu Municipal Corporation and causing nuisance, traffic hazard and other environmental problems in the vicinity and much inconvenience to the general public residing in the area who have agitated and complained against the same. The Jammu Municipal Corporation appeals to the General Public to refrain from making illegal constructions and get building plans whether commercial / residential approved from Jammu Municipal Corporation otherwise action as admissible under rules leading to demolition / sealing of the building will be taken. |
