Young Panthers pay tributes to Science College martyrs

Jammu, Oct 18: A number of Young Panthers activists today visited Shahidi Sthal (Martyrs Memorial) at GGM Science College and paid their tributes. Led by led by YP Vice President, Partap Singh Jamwal, the activists along with students took a pledge to start a continuous struggle for statehood to Jammu. Singh also addressed the students and appealed them to work for the establishment of the society with Samta, Samanta, Bhaichara ensuring justice and right to every persons. He said that three students Brij Mohan, subash Chander and Gulshan Hinda were killed by police inside the GGM Science college premises while another students Hurcharan Singh was killed on October 18. 1966 in jammu when a students procession was marching through the streets of jammu to the demand of a agriculture university in the jammu region. Tarseem Singh (Distt. President YP), Kapil Mehra, Aditya Hans, Sunil Sharma, Tinku Sharma, Anil Rakwal, Rajinder Kumar, Rajinder were among those who paid their tributes.
