srinagar, Oct 18: Director, Information and Public Relations, Dr Syed Sehrish Asgar today inspected the Media Facilitation Centre (MFC) at DIPR's directorate office here to review the facilities provided to journalists.
It may be mentioned here that DIPR relocated its MFC, which was established on August 10 at a local hotel to provide Internet and phone facilities to media fraternity in Kashmir, to Media Complex, Srinagar yesterday to further facilitate media fraternity in the discharge of their professional duties.
On the occasion, the Director interacted with the media persons present at the centre. They thanked her for the support to the media fraternity. They also hailed the relocation of the MFC to Media Complex adding the centre is close to the various media houses besides having parking and other facilities. She sought feedback and suggestions from the media fraternity in improving the functioning of the MFC. |
