JAMMU, Oct 20: National Secular Forum (NSF) today constituted its Jammu University unit and Ankush Kumar appointed as the president, Sahil Singh Jamwal as chairman of the University Unit.
Chetram Sharma was appointed as senior vice-president while Manjul Jagotra, Divyam Kalsotra, Akhil Arya, Laksdeep Thakur, Mohd. Khalid was appointed as vice-president. Anuket Singh was appointed as general secretary while Arvind Manhas, Sashikant, Irfan Mirza and Mohd. Bilal were appointed as secretaries.
Rahul Sharma was nominated as organizing secretary, Ravinder Bandral as publicity secretary, Rashid Lattief as press secretary and Kuldeep Raj as treasure while Angrez Singh, Akshay, Rakesh Singh, Arun Choudhary, Raman Sharma, Jaffer Ali Khan and others were elected as members.
The body was constituted during a meeting held under the chairmanship of Dr Vikas Sharma State President, who also discussed various issues and demands of the students. NSF State Vice president Pushpinder Singh, Rishikesh Rana, Mashkoor Ilahi Khan, Ishtaq Naik, Anshu Sharma, Subam Kumar, Munish Sharma, Sahil Sharma, were also present in the meeting. |
