Jammu, Oct 21: Members of NGO Jiyo aur Jeene do organised an awareness camp at Govt Primary School ,Sambal in which the President Tariq Shah and members awared the school children on Hygiene and Sanitation and also organised plantation drive as well.
While speaking at the camp ,the President Tariq Shah said , "Our NGO has organized many awareness camps in various Govt as well as Private schools on health and hygiene in rural and urban areas.Keeping personal Hygiene and sanitation is a must and is a guarantee of good health. We need to keep our surrounding clean as well as adopt good habits such as cleaning hands before and after meals. " The President gave a practical demonstration on hand washing and also showed the dirty water to stress on the need to wash hands especially before eating food. The President and members also planted saplings in the school campus with a message to conserve environment. The school staff and Members of NGO Ritu priya , Sahil , Krishna and others were present. |
