| Construct bunkers in Schools LOC | | | Early Times Report
Poonch, Oct 22: People living along LOC in Poonch and Rajouri districts have demanded the construction of concrete bunkers in all the schools falling along LOC for the protection of their wards sources said here today.
They said that there has been every now and then indiscriminate firing and shelling from across the border by Pakistan army and in most of the incidents it target our cicvilian areas and the need of the times was to construct bunkers for local populace especially for the students who read in different schools along the Loc and can have a safe passage during border skirmishes they added.
It is pertinent to mention here that Govt. has ordered to construct concrete bunkers for the safety of the people living along the LOC in Poonch and Rajouri districts as Pakistan resorts to unprovcated firing and shelling across the border frequently violating the ceasefire rules and it becomes necessary to take preventive measures for the safety of the border populace.
Source said that people have urged the authorities and also demanded construction of concrete bunkers in schools falling along the LOC in twin border districts of Rajouri and Poonch for the safety of students during border skirmishes they added. |
