Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 22: Todays court verdict for filing FIR against SIT is a welcome decision and Judiciary once again restored the otherwise shattered faith of the public in the then administrative apparatus run by the former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti. All her manuvering regarding Rasana case for which Ch.Lal Singh fought on the roads and even sacrificed ministerial berth , stands exposed today, said Dr.Hari Dutt Shishu, General Secretary of DSSP.
DSSP led movement in the infamous Rasana case was aimed to punish the actual criminals and justice for the nomad girl but Kashmir centric parties , for their petty political ambitions , manipulated the actual facts .Ch.Lal Singh and his organisation will fight till last breath for reaching out to the actual criminals. DSSP demands from the Home Minister to file an FIR against Mehbooba Mufti who out of her personal whims, pressurized the then police officer and misdirected the whole case.
All those political persons and parties who criticised Ch.Lal Singh for leading the popular movement of Jammu for CBI in Rasana case , should apologise today after the landmark decision of the court for FIR against SIT ,said Dr.Shishu.
