| Yasin Malik produce through VC, Court issues production warrants of Showkat Bakshi | | Rubiya Syed kidnapping case & Air Force killing case | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 23: In a much publicized kidnapping case of Dr Rubiya Syed case and killing of Air Force personnel, Presiding Officer Subash C Gupta TADA Court today issued Non-bailable warrants of Showkat Bakshi and Javed Mir.
JKLF Yasin Malik produced before the court through video conferencing, all the accused except Showkat Bakshi present. Counsel for the CBI submitted that Showkat Bakshi was detained under PSA and presently lodged in Central Jail Srinagar.
Presiding Officer TADA Court Subash Chander Gupta issued production warrants of Showkat Bakshi and directed Supt Central Jail Srinagar to produce him physically or through video conference, so the arguments of on charge/discharge be heard on next date of hearing.
Court adjourned the case for November 5, 2019 for arguments on charge/ discharge. |
