Free heart screening camp for children at Udhampur on Nov 17

UDHAMPUR, Nov 11: Rotary Eye & General Welfare Foundation would be organizing a screening camp to screen children suffering with congenital heart diseases below the age of 18 years at KLSM Rotary Eye & ENT Hospital Udhampur on November 17.
The camp is being organised by Rotary Eye & General Welfare Foundation in collaboration with Gift of Life trust Rotary Club (New Delhi) and Fortis Escort Heart Institute New Delhi.
The main objective of the camp is to treat poor and needy children suffering with various heart ailments free of cost. The patients requiring surgical procedures will be operated at Fortis Escort Heart Institute and National Heart Institute New Delhi., according to the spokesperson for the organisation.
The patients are advised to get registered at KLSM Rotary Eye & Ent Hospital Udhampur up to 15th of November 2019 to avoid inconvenience at the time of screening. The patients are advised to bring documents viz, Latest Echocardiography report, Photographs of patient (2-No), BPL card/Income certificate from concerned Tehsildar, Age proof of patient (Date of birth certificates), Address proof of patient (Aadhaar card) at the time of registration. Without above documents Rotary Hospital and Max Hospital will not consider any child for screening.
