Jammu, Nov 11: A delegation led by Rajesh Sharma, Chairman CII J&K Council and Managing Director SRA Food & Beverages Pvt Ltd. called upon Dr Arun Kumar Mehta, Financial Commissioner, Finance, J&K. The delegation apprised him about the issues being faced by Industrial Members and requested him to take up the concern. The issues discussed include speeding up of release of payment to MSME units under various developmental work of Power Development Department, Difference in import duty on walnut in shell 110% vs walnuts kernels 33%, exemption of punitive toll on imports of walnuts in J&K. Dr Arun Kumar Mehta gave a patient hearing to all the issues and assured speedy and timely action on the issues highlighted by CII members. The CII delegation also include Ravnish Gulati, Gulati Oil Mills, Sujiv Jain, Karamhans Industries, Gagan Jain, Veejay Traders, Abhinandan Sachdev, Sharp Industries. |
