Samba police recover kidnapped minor girl

Samba, Nov 12: District Police Samba has traced out kidnapped minor girl in a swift action within 24 hours with the arrest of kidnapper and reunited her with her family.
On 11.11.2019 a written report was lodged at P/S Vijaypur by father of Neha (name changed), resident of village Gudwal, Vijaypur, that his daughter has been kidnapped by one person namely Raman sharma @ Janu S/o Harbans Lal R/O Rampur, Ramgarh with the help of his associate Arun S/o Ashok Kumar R/O Gagore Vijaypur. Acting swiftly on the complaint, a case FIR No. 176/2019 U/S 363/109 IPC was registered at P/S Vijaypur and search was started to trace out the said kidnapped girl. With continuous strenuous a Police team of P/S Vijaypur headed by SHO P/S Vijaypur, Inspr. Chaman Gorkha under the supervision of SDPO Vijaypur, Dr. Lov Karan Taneja has traced out the kidnapped minor girl from Hatli Morh, Kathua and arrested accused person namely Raman Sharma @Janu S/o Harbans Lal R/O Rampur, Ramgarh. The vehicle Alto Car No. JK02N 8090 used for kidnapping also seized by the police team.
After completing legal formalities, the recovered girl handed over to her parents at PS Vijaypur. The family members has expressed their gratitude toward Samba Police in tracing out their girl and reuniting her with the family.
