ABVP holds protest outside civil secretariat

Jammu, Nov 13: Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) unit today held protest outside the civil secretariat seeking fulfilment of 50 thousands government job announced by Satya Pal Malik former governor of erstwhile J&K State.
Sitting outside the Secretariat the activists of ABVP said that the government should inform the public, how much the posts has been filed out of 50 thousands announced by the former governor.
"If the process has not begun for the purpose, government should immediately start the process of recruitment for announced posts", they said, adding that apart from it around 6000 posts of teachers are lying vacant and the government should fill these posts.
"Semester system for under graduate courses like Himachal Pradesh here in J&K also need to roll back in Jammu and Kashmir. Medical University, National Law University and other announced institutions for Jammu be made functional without wasting any more time", they added.
