Jammu, Nov 14: Kartar Public School celebrated 550th birth Aniversary of Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji with fervor and gaiety
during the celebration Shri Akhand Path Sahib was organized which was followed with kirtan Darbar and katha by Renowned preachers of Gurudwara Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib, Barnoti.
The renowned Ragis who performed Kirtan include Bhai Jagtar Singh and Bhai Gurjeet singh
(Jammu wale), special kirtan was also performed by the students of Kartar Public School, barnoti.
Students also recited poems on Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji, while speaking on the occasion preachers expressed their gratitude towards the management, staff and students of Kartar Public School and said that this is the need of time to follow the messages of oneness, universal brotherhood, equality and global peace by Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji. Langar was also served. Among others who were also present include Er. Nirmaljeet Singh Chairman (Kartar Public School), Principal of the school, patrons of the
