Jammu, Nov 17: The Association of Indian Universities (AIU), an apex body of Higher Education in the Country is organizing its 'North Zone Vice Chancellors' Meet' during 16-17, November, 2019. The Meet is being hosted by Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra. G C Murmu, Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir will inaugurate the Meet and will release the Special Issue of the University News, a Weekly Journal brought out by the Association of Indian Universities. The Meet will be presided over by Prof. Dr. Pankaj Mittal, Secretary General, Association of Indian Universities. Vice Chancellor of the Host University, Prof. (Dr.) Ravindra Kumar Sinha will welcome the gathering. Senior Officers from MHRD,UGC, AICTE, Skill Ministry, NAAC and eminent experts of the field are also participating in the Meet apart from about 70 Vice Chancellors of the North Zone comprising of Delhi, Panjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, etc. |
