Consumers suffer as BSNL services remain out of order

Poonch, Nov 17: The telecommunication consumers, students are facing severe difficulties as Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) services continues to remain out of order Mandi area of Poonch district.
The BSNL network including internet services remained affected for every 2nd day in Mandi area putting thousands of people to hardships. Despite with the break down in the system at daily routine in Mandi BSNL exchange, the students entire belt also got affected and the locals businessman faced lot of problems.
Sources said contractors are using JCB' with this a BSNL cable got damaged and it also affected the system, There are many other reasons but the local claimed this is one of the reasons. The services remained effected after every second day.
'Mohd Afzal a college student said not having a BSNL internet facility we can't fill any type of online forms and they also said with the worst services of the BSNL company, the people of the area are badly suffering. Neither the SDPO Poonch takes cognizance of the matter. The customers who are made to pay the hefty bills are not getting proper service. Meanwhile general public also gave a representation to SDPO Office Poonch, but SDPO BSNL Poonch do not bother about the problems being faced the public.
