SEECC reviews regularization process of incharge lecturers

Jammu, Nov 18: A meeting of +2 incgarge lecturers of School Education Department was convened to review the process of regularization and adjustment of the cadre. The meeting was chaired by Amar Nath Thakur state chairman (SEECC/JKGTF). Many incharge lecturers participated and expressed their views. All incharge lecturers said that it was due to the log and continuous five years struggle started on 10-7-2014 at Jammu that incharge lecturers today have been succesful in their mission , All speakers Thanked Miss Sarita Chouhan Commissioner secretary school education for starting the process by issuing regularization orders of incharge gazetted cadres displayed on official list of the department on 24-4-2018 , back log since 2007 to 31-12-2017 and fresh also as per SAC decision. Speakers said that some incharge Joint directors, CEOs and lecturers have not been regularized and left out which is injustice with them. Tara Mani said that most of the lecturers belonging to ST/S C category have not been regularized and those regularized have been considered in the open category as per seniority . He said they were promoted on basis of category but now denied from the benefit. Ashoni Sharma said that regularization process must be completed within two months and must be given the benefit of seniority as per order No 743 GAD of 2007 dt 28/6/2017 issued after the Supreme court directions.
