Jammu, Nov 18: FC Bhagat, President All J&k Sadguru Kabir Sabha and BJP functionary of Bishnah constituency narrates that a country like India with multi- languages, religions and culture, the ethical values bestowed by our saints and fore fathers can play a pivotal role in balance development in every sphere.
He was speaking in a function organized by the All J&k Sadguru Kabir Sabha unit Chak Chimna, Bishnah constituency where sabha facilitated Kuldeep Kumar Bhagat, newly elected Block Development Council Chairman Block Arnia. Bhagat said the newly elected chairpersons of the BDC's has very important role in the very first 3-tier Panchayati Raj system in our UT because they are the elected representatives of our democratic institutions at grassroots. Elected representatives who are directly involved in all the social, economic and developmental activities in their respective areas can be considered as a tool for transparent administration. |
