Early Times Report
Rajouri, Nov 19: Shortage of bunkers has instilled a sense of fear among the residents living near border areas in Nowshera of Rajouri district.
The residents alleged that a very few bunkers have been contracted in the border areas of Nowshera and most of them are incomplete and lacking facilities which has been creating huge problems for the people for not using these bunkers.
Ramesh Choudhary Sarpanch Deenig Kalal said that the bunkers have not been constructed up to the mark, substandard material has been used in their construction which have made them worthless. "Huge shelling is done by the Pakistan forces in these areas, due to which many houses get destroyed and we have to take safe shelter in these bunkers but few bunkers can't fulfil the purpose. So there is dire need of more bunkers in these areas," said Raj Kumar, Kuldeep Choudhary and Amit Kumar, the local residents.
