JAMMU, Nov 20: According to a notice by Higher Education Department, All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi has kept the Prime Ministers Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS) for the wards of States/UTs Police personnel martyred during terror/naxal attacks, from the academic year 2019-20.
The details are available on National Scholarship Portal www.scholarships.gov.in for submitting online application for scholarship under PMSSS for the academic year 2019-20.
The scheme is kept for those students who are willing to enter into higher education in the areas of Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Hostel Management and Catering Technology, Architecture, Arts Crafts and Design, medical and general education. The scheme is also open for diploma holders who are willing to do graduation in engineering and technology as lateral entry (end year BE/B.Tech). |
