| Mayor JMC kick starts construction of Retaining Wall | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 20: Mayor Jammu Municipality Chander Mohan Gupta along with Former MLA Rajesh Gupta started the construction of the Retaining Wall at Kaleeth Mohalla in Ward No.15.The estimated cost of the work is rupees 13 lakhs.
Corporator Sandhya Gupta accompanied the entourage in the inaugural function. Mayor Chander Mohan Gupta while speaking on the occasion elaborated upon the various schemes launched by the Modi government and said that all these schemes are being implemented with great enthusiasm on the ground and in due course a huge positive transformation would result. Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the occasion said that the hectic pace of the developmental works would be maintained despite the government not being in power. He said that the service of the people is a mission for the workers of the BJP and in particular the workers of the Jammu east constituency are not going to rest till the area is converted into the very best of the living areas. Rajesh Gupta in his address eulogised the Mayor Chander Mohan Gupta for his pro active policies and said that the Mayor Chander Mohan Gupta has a great developmental profile.Rajesh Gupta said that the multi tier parking system started by the BJP government is fast reaching its completion and once ready it would immensely contribute in reducing congestion by providing adequate parking facility tobthe people of Jammu. |
