| Sanitation, anti garbage dumping drive launched across Doda | | | Early Times Report
DODA, Nov 20: Municipal Committee Doda today started a massive drive for sanitation and check dumping of garbage in the town. The MC activated the Civic workers for regular conduct of the cleanliness in their respective wards without any fail.
District Development Commissioner, Dr. Sagar D Doifode directed MC Doda to keep this drive incessant and asked them to keep the roads and streets of the town neat and clean. He also directed the concerned officers to take firm action against individuals who illegally dump the garbage and waste materials on the roads under MC rules and regulations.
The MC Doda directed his staff to furnish the details of those traders who have not yet registered with MC Doda and also to collect all the pending sanitation user charges from all the shopkeepers as well as from the households.
He also directed the field functionaries to remain vigilant so that no dumping of garbage will be made especially within the municipality limits of Doda town. |
