| JKSEENTF raises demands of clerical staff | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 21: A meeting of All J&K School Education Employees Non Teaching Forum in which the issues of clerical staff were raised.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Ansuyia Gupta Provincial President Clerical Staff and Bharat Bhushan Kotwal Former President Non Teaching Forum.
Highlighting the fact that Clerical staff of all cadres of Education Department Junior Assistant, Senior Assistant and Head Assistant remained deprived off and discriminated with regard to their transfers, adjustment and regularization since December 2015 whereas their counterpart teachers, lecturers are frequently transferred , adjusted and regularized as and where they complete their stay and tenure of office as per the norms laid down by the department.
It is irony of the fate that Senior Assistant who stands promoted as In-charge Head Assistant vide DSE Jammu order No: DSEJ/NG/2019/26741-67 dated 03.08.2019 and Order No: DSEJ/NG/2019/25838-58 are still unadjusted despite the fact that many of them are standing at the verge of retirement and if at all these Senior Assistants are not adjusted and given the benefit of their promotion irrevocable loss will be mated out to them.
They urged the Director School Education Jammu to resolve the long pending demand of the employees in question at her earliest and called on pen-down strike of Non-Teaching Cadre if the matter are not resolved. |
