Jammu, Nov 22: Chairman OBC Department Pradesh Congress Comm-ittee Adv. Suresh Kumar Dogra lambasted over the statement of Union Minister of State Jatinder Singh in the Lok Sabha in which he stated that people belonging to reserved categories would continue to get the benefit of jobs under the J& K reservation act 2004,after the revocation of article 370 and 35-A, Adv. Suresh k. Dogra criticised his statement and said that what is the new in the Union Territory in both J&K and Ladakh, if old rules and reservations acts are repeated and the word OSC instead of OBC is repeated then where is one nation and one law and where are the laws of Union Territory which are applicable in whole nation and also in the words of Amit Shah ( Union Home Minister).
In his speech of 5 August ,2019 while addressing the Parliament , he had stated that the 52% population would be benefited after the removal of Article 370 and 35-A , Adv. Dogra asked both the Minister's please clear who are the 52% population who would had to be benefited , Adv. Dogra further added ,No UT in whole of India has the word OSC but only J&K has, which is total injustice and unfair by the part of the Govt. to the OBCs , The centre Govt. Led by BJP is Snatching the Identity, Legal and Consitutional Rights of OBCs. |
