ADDC Ramban conducts 3 days extensive tour

RAMBAN, Nov 22: Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Ramban, Nawab Din conducted a three days extensive tour to Block Khari and Banihal to physically verify the works being executed by the Rural Development Department (RDD) in different panchayats of two blocks under various schemes.
ADDC has physically inspected about 38 development works including 12 completed and under construction PMAY houses in panchayat, lower Mahoo and Mangit. He expressed his lot of satisfaction over the quality of works executed by the RDD under 14th FC, MGNREGA and PMAY schemes.
ADDC also interacted with the public of Panchayats Mohuu & Mangit, meantime people apprised the him regarding their demands including construction of footbridges over nallah Aloo (35 feet span), Sainbal nalla (20 feet span) and in Gujjar Basti, Lower Mohoo.
Responding to the demands ADDC assured the public that he will bring their demands in the notice of District Development Commissioner Ramban for consideration and further necessary actions.
ADDC also inspected works being executed under the District Plan, 14th FC, MGNREGA, SBM, PMAY & Khelo India in panchayt Krawa, Kaskoot & Lamber panchyats of Banihal block.
During the physical verification, ADDC was expressed his displeasure over the average level quality of the works. He exhorted upon the BDO Banihal to improve the quality of the work and get complete the works in progress in a time bound manner.
During the tour AEE, Parvaiz Ahmed Jalani, concerned officers and officials were accompanied the ADDC.
