Jammu, Nov 22: A workshop on "Stress Management During Exams" was held at Mother India Sr. Sec. School, R.S. Pura.
Director Phoenix classes Kuldeep Sharma held a thread bare discussion on Stress with students of the school. He said that a student should work hard smartly. He/She should be free from the burden of expectations. They should realise that best of the bests in this universe also face failures in their lives.
At the end of the workshop, Principal, Mother India Sr. Sec. School Sonia Tohra expressed her gratitude to Mr. Sharma for giving tips to the students to manage the stress during exams. She said that this type of workshop help students in developing positive attitude and also relieve them from stress.
