Implement Mandal commission's recommendations in J&K, Adv Suresh asks Dr Jitendra

Jammu, Dec 1: Chairperson OBC Department of Pradesh Congress Committee J&K Adv Suresh K Dogra today asked Union Minister Dr Jatinder Singh to implement all central laws in J&K and also open doors of development of deprived OBC's of J&K.
Charing a meeting at Jammu East referring a Statement of Union Minister in PMO, Dr.Jatinder Singh in which he stated last in queue will be benefited with Centre's schemes.
"Not to mislead the people on the name Article 370, all Central laws should be implemented and meant to benefit the last man in Queue", said Adv Suresh K Dogra.
"We the OBC peoples are waiting for a long to know that we are in which Queue,? Why the Constitutional and legal rights of OBC peoples are left in the Reorganisation Bill 2019?, If the Minister is stating of the Central laws then Why the central Laws for OBC of J&K are being ignored by the Central NDA Govt.Why the OBC peoples of J&K are not organised in the Reorganisation of State into two UTs?", he said, ridiculing ambiguous policies of the government. He said that implementation of Mandal Commission Report and National commission for backward classes are mandatory instruments of OBC's development otherwise, the Implementation of Central laws having no worth for OBC J&K. The other prominent who accompanied were Parshotam Lal Mehra, Parbodh Jasyal, Vijay Verma, Abhishek Kumar,Taramani Verma, Ramesh Verma & others.
