NIA expedite probe into Kishtwar killings, collaborated evidences on ground

Jammu, Dec 1: The National Investigating Agency (NIA) probing the four different militancy related incidents including Parihar brother's killing, RSS leader Chanderkant Sharma killing and two weapon snatching incident expedite the probe by collaborating the evidences on ground.
As per the details available with "Early Times" the NIA officials shifted the three accused persons who were remanded to the agency by the Jammu court to Kishtwar so that they could link the evidences on ground for preparing a water tight cases after Union Home Ministry handed over all the four cases to the NIA.
The sources told the "Early Times" that beside conducting the fresh recee of the spots where the terror incidents took place, the NIA also question several others including key witnesses in the crime.
The sources said that after spending few days in Kishtwar with three accused terrorist, the NIA rush back to Jammu after conducting key exercise with regard to the four terror cases.
The sources said that after the arrest of the prime accused and several OGWs, NIA has fast track the investigation and are likely to produce the chargesheet in the court within stipulated time.
The sources said that NIA is working towards preparing water tight case against the militants involved behind the killings in Kishtwar as well as in cases related to weapon snatching in Kishtwar District.
During the investigation, several names were surfaced who were directly or indirectly involved in helping the Hizb terror outfit and are collecting more evidences before putting hand on them.
Kishtwar police has already booked nearly two dozen OGWs in different FIRs for providing logistic support to the terrorist.
