Jammu, Dec 2: Jammu Sanskriti School Jammu also showed keen interest in this important initiative taken by the government by participating in a cultural event organized by the authorities in Arnia, a village near to border area.
The Chief Guest for the event was Ramesh Saini, Chairman Municipal Corporation, Arnia and Sham Lal, Vice-Chairman Municipal Corporation; Arnia was the Guest of honour. All Panches & Sarpanches from nearby villages along with community members were also present on the occasion. The students enthusiastically participated by showcasing their latent through various activities and performances. They entertained the villagers through their group songs, dance performances and also some discussion on major issues like child marriage, domestic violence etc. The major effect was created through the Nukkad Natak which enthralled the villagers and they could not control their emotions and appreciated the students a lot. The Chief guest gave special thanks to the management, staff and students of Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu for sparing their time and putting up their efforts for making the day a wonderful one. He also said that the aim of the programme is that people should be made aware of the government schemes so that they will reap the benefits of these schemes.
