Jammu, Dec 4: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) alleged that so-called nationalists BJP regime has chosen a destructive path to handle the Jammu and Kashmir with unconstitutional, illegal & illogical acts.
Despite resentment voices, situation was gently handled till 1970 for which credit certainly goes to the politicians & the civil society of the time but how it took an unwanted shift afterwards i.e. 1971 Indo-Pak war? Directly relates to the casual handling of then congress govt fully supported by then BJP leadership, it added. After 1971's division of Pakistan, as revenge, softest target for Pakistan was Jammu Kashmir but sorry to say neither congress nor BJP took it serious with the result situation got deteriorated constantly, it further added. Recent one stroke cruelty based formula of BJP's Modi govt seems beginning of another unfortunate era for J&K citizens, press note alleged. Yes, unwanted discriminatory & corrupt attitude of valley based rulers had created a stage of mistrust among the different areas of state but it does not mean that scope of needed reforms were ended, in fact, not a single honest attempt was ever made to work on the ground level corrections, press note added.
Like other parts of India, unaccountable executive is responsible for existing extra ordinary burden on the Judiciary of J&K state, alleged by Jammu based founder member & national council member of Aam Aadmi Party S. Deep Singh. |
