JAMMU, Dec 4: Director Agriculture Jammu, P. S. Rathore convened today a meeting of officers to review the progress under CAPEX plan, 2019-20 and centrally sponsored schemes and to assess the progress of expenditure under Plan and Non Plan at Krishi Bhawan, Talab Tillo, Jammu.
Director Agriculture asked the officers for weekly review of expenditure under different heads to ensure maximum achievement at the earliest. He stressed to expedite utilization of funds and strict adherence to the formalities while making expenditure.
He also reviewed the progress of Mushroom Corridor Project in Jammu, Samba, Kathua and Udhampur districts for which provision has been kept in CAPEX 2019-20. The component-wise progress of various centrally sponsored farmers welfare programmes were also reviewed in the meeting.
The Meeting was attended by Joint Director Agriculture (Inputs) H. S. Mankotia, Deputy Director Agriculture (Central) Ravinder Thaploo, Deputy Director Agriculture (Trainings) Rajinder Sharma, Plant Protection Officer Davinder Sharma, Agronomist Vegetables A. S. Reen, Agriculture Research Engineer Anil Nargotra, SMS I Vijay Koushal, Agriculture Chemist Ashwani kotwal and other sectoral heads of different schemes of the Department. |
