DSE organises science exhibition in DIET Rajouri

RAJOURI, Dec 4: Department of School Education organised a district level science exhibition in District Institute of Education and Training Rajouri under Samagra initiative.
Several teams of students from various education institutions of the district took part in the science exhibition. Students displayed 71 scientific models in the exhibition and these models were judged by a team of experts comprising of Prof. Asif Ajaz Lone, Prof. Assad Ullah and Prof. Anwar Shah. The team selected ten models for further exhibition and felicitate the winners. Speaking on the occasion, Collector Defence Ramesh Sharma said that science exhibition is a pivotal mean for students to showcase their talent of scientific temperament. He added that students should always be an active participant in the exhibitions and also asked officials of District Institute of Education and Training to organise such exhibitions at Zonal level also. Among others Principal DIET Rajouri Pardeep K Sharma, teachers, staff members and students from different education institution were present on the occasion.
