BJP conducts meeting of JMC Mayor, Dy. Mayor, Councillors

Jammu, Dec 6: Bharatiya Janata Party, conducted monthly meeting of Councillors of Jammu Municipal Council (JMC) at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
Meeting was chaired by BJP State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul who was also accompanied by State General Secretaries Dr. Narinder Singh and Yudhvir Sethi, JMC Mayor Chander Mohan Gupta and Deputy Mayor Adv. Purnima Sharma. Public concerning issues of various departments like PDD, PHE, PWD, Health & Sanitation remained the highlight of the meeting, whereas the meeting also saw the two-way interaction between the party seniors and Councillors for the development works in the city. Councillors highlighted various apprehensions regarding the effective working of the public departments in order to solve the public plights in a better and coordinated way. Ashok Kaul, gave a patient hearing to all the issues put forth by the party Councillors. Prompting them to assume the role of a bridge between the public, administration and the party, he also asked them to increase their interaction with the public to know and understand their issues well.
He prompted them to enlist their issues to work upon them positively within a set time frame. He assured them of all help from the organization for carrying out their duties in order to serve the public better.
Dr. Narinder Singh, asked the JMC Councillors to work with honesty and dedication. He also stressed that they must also work for taking the Corporation's achievements before the public, while telling them the detailed projects and roadmap for the development of the city.
