Katra, Dec 7: The joint meeting of Graduate Promotes Agriculture Officers (JKGPAOA) Association, Jammu, Jammu Kashmir Agriculture Technocrat's Association (JKATA) Jammu held at the Office of JKGPAOA, TalabTillo Jammu on 07-12-2019. It was highlighted in the meeting that Jammu Kashmir Agriculture Production Department (JKAPD) has totally failed to stream line department at all levels since 35 years. The core unaddressed issue/grievances discussed in the meeting are Non-filling of promotes vacancy for last about 35 years, Pending finalization of Seniority of all cadres since more than three decades, Adoption of temporary promotion system on pick and choose basis thereby ignoring rules, norms eligibility and seniority since decades, Practice of assignment of multi post charge to one officer without considering requisite qualification in violation of all rules/ norms. The JAKATA President Surinder Radotra revealed that in shocking violation of SRO-375 Dated 21-20-2019, JKAPD has convened DPC of 104 number AEAs (Divisional Cadre post) to JAEO level (State Cadre Post) for Kashmir Division in which neither the Director Agriculture Jammu (HOD, Jammu Division) who is designated member of DPC for promotions of State level post of JAEO's has been involved nor the eligible meritorious genuine conditions of Jammu Division have been considered for promotion. Such apathetic and against the law action of Administration have spread a deep wave of shock among entire community of the AEAs of Jammu division. |
