Job, land rights to locals: 'Clueless' BJP leaders giving confusing statements
12/7/2019 11:26:08 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 7: Amid growing demand of making institutional arrangements to project rights of job and land of the locals of J&K, the BJP leaders are giving confusing statements. All leaders are speaking in different language because they do not know what is going to be happened in future.
Credible sources in the corridor of power said that central leadership was not taking J&K BJP leaders into confidence so they were going confusing statement only to further complicate the already confused situation.
On Sunday, chief spokesman of BJP issued a handout in which he assured to protect rights of locals but he has not given any assurance about projecting job and land rights.
BJP spokesman said that Constitution of India permits protection of local population and various states and territories have made laws and regulations for saving interest of local population, while keeping rights of national population intact. "It is unreasonable to say that local population will not get protection as is being available to others in the country, while it is true that we have moved to new system and need to be mentally ready to live in national mainstream to get maximum benefits of developments, which had been denied to Jammu And Kashmir for more than seven decades", he said.
BJP spokesperson further noted that government was already working to protect to maximum permissible under Constitution of India parameters, the right of local population for land ownership, Industries and jobs and there is no need for any person to worry on that account. He said that Jammu and Kashmir are in the safest political hands of Narendra Modi and Amit Shah and people should pay no heed to any misgiving and misinformation by vested elements.
