Ex legislator starts upgradation works of Park

Jammu, Dec 8: Former Minister and Ex- MLA Sat Sharma (CA) started up-gradation works of Ajay Anand Municipal Park at Old Rehari area of ward number 8.
Accompanied by Corporator Dr Akshay Sharma, District President Munish Khajuria, Mandal President Keshav Chopra, BJP Leader Ayodhya Gupta, officials of JMC (Jammu Municipal Corporation), Sharma started the works in the presence of many local residents and political activists of the area.
The upgradation works will be done at an estimated amount of Rupees 6 lakhs approx. Pertinent to mention, an amount of Rupees 6 lakhs was also contributed during the tenure of Ex-MLA but due to insufficiency of funds to take up further works, the amount was further sanctioned from the funds given to Corporator by JMC.
The Former BJP MLA also toured the adjoining areas as well and also took stock of problems being faced by the residents. He also asked the concerned officials to jot down the grievances of the public and take immediate steps on them.
Suresh Sharma, Ajay Singh, Bishan Dass, Rama Sharma, Vishal Gupta, Rajesh Gupta, Dr. Surjit Singh, Gurbaksh singh, Ashok Salgotra, Naveen Sharma, Raghubir Kumar, Ramesh Sharma, RC Sharma, Puneet Chawla, Rohit Gupta, Amit Sharma, Naresh Sharma, Bunty Kumar, Ajay Singh, Sham Kumar, Sharda Rani, Rajni Bhagat and several others were also present on the occasion.
