POONCH, Dec 8: A sub center (SC) Balnoi Costructed 28 year ago in panchayat balnai is lying defunct with people using it as cowshed authorities deep in slumber, one side the govt claims for providing better health facilities for people and another side the health facilities are totally paralysed for the past 28 years.
The condition of sub centre building of panchayat balnoi block mandi speaks the volume as it is totally damaged for last many years and health deptt in deep slumber and playing with the lives of people. Mohd Afzal say that we all speak up to the CMO Poonch, BMO Mandi but till date it was not repaired, Local also say that some previous running Govt legislators come here and make by hollow promises. Panch Shabir Ahmed told media the deptt has construct the building of S/C Balnoi many year ago , and left unattended and running centre in private accomodation.
People alleged that the panchayat balnoi is 35 km away from distt headquater poonch,They demanded to the UT governor of jammu and kashmir G Chandra Murmu release wages for this sub centre as soon as possible, so that poor people of panchayat balnoi here be satisfied with clinicaly treatment. |
