| Mayor starts development work of park, visits Transport Yard Manda | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 9: Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation Chander Mohan Gupta today conducted tour of ward no.32 Talab Tillo & other adjoining areas.
Large number of inhabitants of Talab Tillo area were also present during the tour. On the demand of inhabitants of W.No.32, Mayor started the proper fencing as well as development of Municipal Park at Susheel Nagar behind Jaswant Plaza Talab Tillo Jammu with an estimate cost of Rs.7 lakh with establishment of open gym in the said park and directed the concerned Junior Engineer JMC B.K.Raina to execute the work with quality material on war footing.
Later Mayor also visited Municipal Transport Yard at Manda and directed the concerned to remove the defunct & broken vehicles from the said area immediately & get it cleaned in order to avoid any mishappenings & disease.
He also laid foundation stone of construction of Yoga Hut along with Sh. Ashok Khajuria Ex- MLC at Hanuman Mandir Manda along with prominent citizens of that area. He also started the laying work of tiles at Gali Mangotrian Jain Bazar. |
